Teaching Assistants required to support in a SEN school in Southend-on-Sea supporting young people from the ages of 8-18 in a therapeutic environment. You must have the right to work in the UK. About the role: You will be working in a school supporting young people from ages 8-18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. This is a very small and intimate school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in improving the learning opportunities for the young people. About you: A successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours, mental health, or autism. Experience working within a residential children's home or SEMH/SEN school is desirable.
