Staff wellbeing is a priority, with dedicated initiatives, away days, and an Employee Assistance Programme. Our hybrid working model includes three days in-office and two from home, with main bases in central Oxford, with additional clinics across the countytravel is required. Main duties of the job The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: o Conduct telephone screenings for adults with common mental health issues, including those with long-term conditions, to assess presenting problems, desired changes, and treatment options.o Evaluate risk to self and others, create risk management plans, and address safeguarding concerns in consultation with Safeguarding Leads.o Provide information on the stepped care model and evidence-based interventions, including Guided Self-Help, psychoeducation, digital therapies, and pharmacological options.o Determine appropriate interventions or referrals within the stepped care framework in collaboration with a supervisor.o Set and review professional objectives with senior therapists as part of ongoing development.
