Temporary Property Management Administrator - Chelsea (5 Weeks)
£14 per hour | Full-Time | Office-Based | Start: 30th May
We're working with a warm and welcoming independent property management company based in Chelsea. They're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to support their team for a 5-week period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys the variety that comes with property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and take detailed messages
Respond promptly to emails across shared in boxes (Postmaster & Management)
Maintain clear communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Log maintenance issues in the management database and coordinate repairs
Arrange appointments and liaise between contractors, tenants, and landlords
Process and save contractor invoices
Support tenancy lifecycle processes:
Set up new tenancy files and follow onboarding checklists
Assist with pre-tenancy checks
Help coordinate end-of-tenancy tasks
Handle landlord and tenant complaints with professionalism
Weekly compliance checks and scheduling, including:
EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)
Gas Safety inspections
PAT testing (Portable Appliance Testing)
Manage tenancy deposit returns and update DPS claim records and spreadsheets
Collaborate closely with lettings negotiators
Log and track key handovers to contractors
Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties as requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Prior experience in property management or office administration (preferred)
A friendly and team-oriented attitudeAdditional Details:

Pay Rate: £14 per hour
