Hamptons are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the Horsham team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants
2. Organising & carrying out viewings
3. Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
4. Achieving all daily and weekly targets
5. Arranging, organising, and conducting all viewings in line with the client's instructions
6. Negotiating any offers received where instructed
7. Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to gain an advantage over competitors
8. Working closely with the manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
Skills/Experience:
1. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Full and clean driving licence
4. Previous experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, with an estate agent or in the property sector is an advantage but not essential
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
