Our Pearly Cow restaurant is
devoted to respecting what thrives nearby – the herds, breeds, crops, and
catches that sum up the area’s flavour. The produce of land and sea we source
is strictly the best – the wildest. On the menu, there’s raw and light and
smoky and deep. We keep it simple to put nature first.
We’re now looking to recruit a superstar Restaurant Manager to
lead our Pearly Cow Restaurant team from the front, making us the go to foodie destination
in York.
The Job
As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll get to lead our amazing team in Pearly Cow York. You get to be part of continuing to build a young
vibrant restaurant brand. You'll get to train your teams the way you see fit as
well as work with a kitchen team where some of the best food in York will be
produced, and make it the hottest table to book in town!
You’ll ensure that our Pearly Cow Restaurant, Private Dining Room and
Marmalade Lounge offers a service that you would expect from a great restaurant
yet unpretentious and relaxed.

You are food, beverage and
hospitality obsessed. You love fine dining as much as you love a good burger-
and take pride in serving them perfectly. You take pride in working in an
establishment that loves to produce the best food around, and even more pride
in working for a company that has big ambitions.
You understand how the
restaurant works, from top to bottom. And most of all- you love your team- you
know how to train, motivate and lead by example. You are hands on and love
spending your time on the floor, not in front of a computer.
