Summary
As an apprentice you will be answering phones, taking bookings, filing, paperwork, invoicing and answering customer queries. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
Annual wage £12,480 a year From April 2025 £14,722.50 per year.
The pay may be negotiated and may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
When answering the phone to customers, they will answer all of their questions they may have, take their bookings and their payments
They will create invoices for the paying customers, following on with an email
From time to time they will be invigilating exams and printing certificates for the delegates on the courses
There will also be filing on a daily basis and will also be filling out paperwork with the director regularly as well.

About this company
Since 2006, we have provided high quality, hands-on construction and welding skills. Courses are accredited by City and Guilds, EAL or NCON. Whilst most of our students are individuals looking to train for a career in the building trades, we have trained students that came to us through Local Councils, Job Centers and the Corporate Industry (including Jaguar/Land Rover, Peugeot, etc.). We have also trained School & College students (Coventry College, Sherbourne Fields School, etc.).
After this apprenticeship
A permanent position will be offered to the right candidate on completion of the apprenticeship.
