Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator

Summary
Camino Partners is excited to announce that we’re looking to fill the role of Service Operations Coordinator for one of our valued clients. You’ll work closely with the Service Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations, oversee key functions, and drive growth. We seek a strategic thinker with recruitment experience who can quickly turn plans into action. You’ll play a key role in planning and business improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day bookings by liaising with customer teams and freelancers to ensure all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
2. Establish deep knowledge and take ownership of our custom online booking portal to become the go-to expert on our platform, ensuring smooth operation and user support.
3. Manage timesheet information and enquiries by cross-referencing financials across all portals, ensuring accurate data entry, and addressing any timesheet-related queries.
4. Oversee onboarding procedures by supporting the onboarding of new clients and freelancers, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
5. Support consultants with day-to-day administration by assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support the wider team.
6. Escalate any candidate or client issues by identifying and escalating any issues to the Service Operations Manager to ensure timely resolution.
7. Occasionally work out-of-hours to meet urgent client demands outside of regular working hours when necessary.
Requirements
1. Recruitment experience (temp/contract)
2. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Knowledge of time-sheeting and financial software (Xero)
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
