To help us, we’re looking for our first marketing hire.
It’s time for B2B Sales to grow up and realise that with the explosion of sales tools over the last 10 years, we’ve still not solved the real problem… Pipeline generation and pipeline conversion problems still exist, caused by reps not having the required skills. Therefore we need someone bold, brave and motivated to help us change our customer's thinking.
Your Role
* You’ll have complete control and ownership over your role and strategy.
* Repurpose - We have 100s of sales training lessons and content assets. While helping us build new content, we’d like you to also repurpose and distribute existing high-performing content.
* Website - Measure the effectiveness of the website. Tweak copy and design to increase inbound leads, including landing pages.
* Channels - Manage, own and continuously improve our newsletter, socials, and YouTube while helping us launch a podcast and blog.
* Webinars - Webinars have helped us drive revenue in the past, and we’d like you to help us take them to the next level.
* Sales University - Engage members through content, manage the members' webinar and coaching schedule, and help launch new courses and programs.
What You’ll Bring
* You have 3+ years of content marketing and brand experience, ideally within a scrappy, fast-growth startup (sorry, no corporate marketers).
* Examples of how you’ve increased performance from some or all of our channels listed above.
* You’ll bring the what and the how because you’ll already be a social media rockstar and regularly post content on LinkedIn and other channels.
* Strong copywriting skills that grab the attention of our audience and inspire them to take action.
* Being a content expert, you’ll bring exciting and fresh ideas to graphics and general content.
Pay, Benefits and Location
* £40,000 base salary + uncapped bonus plan.
* Benefits include L&D budget, tastecard, Wellbeing days, and team retreats.
* The role is fully remote. However, you’ll need to be within reach of Portsmouth for team meetings, collaboration and recording sessions.

The Process
17-stage interview process where you have to walk across hot coals and wrestle a crocodile to be selected. Just joking…
* Stage 1 - Virtual - Open conversation to discuss your experience and alignment with the role.
* Stage 2 - In-Person - Audit the business, review some data, and present your plan and strategy for the first 30, 60 and 90 days. We will also provide you with a piece of content and ask you to produce 1-2 assets and present a campaign plan.
