We are looking for a dynamic team player to work front of house in our very busy Family Hub. Must be enthusiastic, be able to work as part of a team and be willing to work front of house meeting and greeting families and services.
About the role:
The Business Support requirements within a Children’s Centre are varied and the safety and comfort of our customers is paramount; excellent customer service is a key component of this. Working 22 hours per week as an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.
The working pattern will be:
Monday - Thursday 12.30pm to 5:00pm
Friday 12.30pm to 4.30pm
Your responsibilities may include:
1. Provide excellent customer service to customers.
2. Managing and organising office documents and records.
3. Signposting families to appropriate workers and information.
4. Support with initiatives to promote sessions and engagement of families, including creation and scheduling of Facebook posts.
5. Providing support to various departments as needed.
6. Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Who we’re looking for:
1. Strong organisational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
