Commercially driven, with a strong track record in software and licensing delivery. High-level contract management skills, including experience with: SaaS agreements Cybersecurity standards Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs Multiple contract types, terminations, and novations. Experience working with senior IT stakeholders. Initiative-driven problem solver who goes the extra mile. Good system skills and memory, with intermediate or advanced Microsoft product skills. It would be highly desirable for candidates to have experience in projects involving the transfer or cancellation of contracts and systems due to a company buyout or change of service provider.
