Property Legal Secretary/PA

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Property Legal Secretary/PA to join a highly ranking commercial firm in Manchester City Centre.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a Partner & Team supporting as a Legal Secretary, PA & Assistant. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing various legal documents, progressing files, liaising with clients, completion of property documents, drafting contracts and post completion management. As the first point of contact for clients and external agencies, you will play a vital role in maintaining a professional front for the team. Your expertise in property procedures will greatly benefit the team's operations. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be paramount. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities:
• Support with the progression and organisation of Property files from inception through to post completion.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including contracts, forms, searches and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Use of Case Management system and other property specific systems & software.
• Manage Partners & Fee Earners calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Communicate effectively with team, clients and stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.
• Manage and prioritise a busy workload supporting multiple team members.
• Work accurately to deadlines and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal PA, Legal Assistant, Paralegal; or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
• Familiarity with either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property legal terminology, documents, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal case management software.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work assignments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The Legal Secretary/PA will be working within a full-time role based at the firms Manchester City Centre offices, with the offer of hybrid working.
Salary levels are negotiable and will be discussed upon application.
