Job Overview
The Customer Team Member role is a part-time position that requires a varied shift pattern, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends.
As a Customer Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working on the Post Office Counters, and performing various tasks around the store.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by maintaining stock levels, checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, promoting change and learning within the team.
* Support local community initiatives and participate in events.

* A genuine care for customers' needs and a positive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
