Connect2SocialWork is looking for a Deputy Manager for a children's home in Herne Bay. We are excited to partner with this organisation that has been providing care and support to children and young people for almost 30 years.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Level 3/5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential, or equivalent
2. Demonstrate commitment to continuing personal development
3. Previous experience in a deputy manager or registered manager role in a Residential Children's Care Setting
4. Working with children, young people, and their families
5. Work in a residential setting
6. Enhanced DBS
SALARY:
Circa £60k per annum (DOE)
