You will assist with the day to day running of a customer-focused indoor leisure facility, under the direction of the Centre Management Team. You will be trained to work across in our Arena only. We are looking for: Experience gained in the leisure/outdoor industry. Prepared to work in and learn all aspects of the business. Exceptional customer service and engagement skills. The ability to increase sales. Ability to follow and apply the company operational systems, processes and policies. Good IT skills An outgoing and enthusiastic personality and a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Previous climbing experience and qualifications desirable but not essential. Must be able to work well within a team.
