HR Manager
Location: Teesside - including hybrid
Hours: Part time 22.5 - 30 hour per week
Salary: up to £50,000 (pro rata)
Type: Permanent
Duties:
* Develop and implement HR strategies
* Provide strategic direction on ER matters
* Ensure employee engagement, well being and leadership development drive actions that improve a better place to work
* Work closely with the HR Advisor providing guidance and support to managers
* Training managers on delivering effective performance feedback
* Conduct regular reviews of salaries, benefit etc.
* Ensure all HR policies are up to date
* Support complex casework including grievance and disciplinary procedures
Requirements:
* Chartered member of the CIPD
* Proven HR Management experience
* Strong up to date knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to implement effective HR strategies
