Role: Paid Social Media Specialist

Salary / Rate of pay: up to £40,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic and growing digital marketing agency based near Bournemouth, Dorset, who are looking for an experienced marketer with paid social specialist experience to join their team.

What the role Involves:
You'll be working directly with clients, supported by a collaborative in-house marketing team, to develop campaigns that don't just hit the mark but go above and beyond expectations, helping to drive real success for their clients. As a Paid Media Specialist you'll be hands-on with campaigns from start to finish, analysing performance to optimise results and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You'll enjoy a hybrid working setup, the support of an amazing team and the opportunity to grow and expand your paid media skills.
Skills Required:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a digital agency, including client-facing responsibilities.
* Proven success managing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads.
* Prior experience working with eCommerce clients or running ads in an eCom business.
* Strong Paid Social campaign management experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and data reporting tools like Looker Studio.
* A passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
