The successful candidate will plan and deliver all work ensuring it is completed on time and to the agreed standards. They will ensure short and medium contract programmes are planned, reviewed and delivered as well as risk assessments are created, in place and reviewed as and when required. The Site Manager (civil background) will manage the site doing the necessary paperwork, (RAMS, Permits, programme & cost input), in addition to ordering the necessary resources in a timely manner to achieve the necessary outputs, (labour, plant, materials and sub-con). They will undertake the weekly review of plant, labour, and materials to ensure resources are in place and in line with forecasted expenditure. They will also review the plant list and schedule and liaise with the Project Manager to resolve any technical issues outside of the scope of works. The Site Manager will co-ordinate and supervise various subcontractors on their performance of their assigned scope of work and ensure they undertake their work and duties in a manner that this consistent with project quality requirements. They will attend weekly progress meetings and produce a report showing progress in the week and any potential issues with photographic evidence. We are especially interested in Site Managers who have experience on major gas plant and pipeline projects. Both AGI and below ground.
