Ob Title: Remote Residential Conveyancer Location: Remote Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our clients growing team in a remote capacity. As a key member in the conveyancing department, you will manage a high volume of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, and right to buy schemes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing expert legal services to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of high-volume residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including complex cases involving new builds and right to buy. Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions. Provide clear and accurate advice to clients regarding the conveyancing process, legal matters, and timelines. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct searches, handle exchange and completion formalities, and prepare relevant paperwork. Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on case progress. Resolve any issues that arise during transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Maintain accurate case Requirements: Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential, with experience handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, and right to buy transactions. Strong understanding of current property law and conveyancing procedures. Ability to manage a high caseload effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional client service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
