Customer Account Manager

Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm
£24,000 - £26,500
The Role:
Responsible for managing key client accounts. You will be required to build long-term relationships with a group of customers within a small team in a fast-paced environment. Account Managers will answer customer queries and provide accurate and detailed information on progress.
What will you be doing?
1. Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
3. Make sure customers are kept up to date with the status of their orders
4. Communicate customer needs and demands to the company internally
5. Forecast and track customer account metrics
6. Entering new sales orders into our MRP system, creating internal job cards and raising delivery paperwork once parts are complete
7. Ad hoc office duties, including shared responsibility of answering the phone and assisting with booking in visitors.
