Job Title: Account Manager
Responsible To: Account Director
Mobilityways is on a mission to make zero carbon commuting a reality. We produce ground-breaking climate tech empowering large employers to measure, reduce and report on their commuter emissions.
Main duties:
* Own client relationships, acting as the internal expert on assigned large employer clients.
* Ensure clients are engaged with our solutions & services, supporting them in achieving operational and sustainability objectives.
* Be the internal owner of assigned clients, accountable for their success within Mobilityways.
* Be commercially minded and a strong negotiator to ensure strong retention and ARR growth.
* Forecast retention and expansion while tracking churn risk.
* Track opportunities and pipeline within the portfolio.
* Deepen and widen relationships within the client portfolio.
* Ensure clients see success with our solutions, measured by internal metrics and client-specific metrics.
* Develop and implement an Impact Plan in collaboration with each client.
* Accountable for the whole sales cycle, from cultivating contacts to pitching and negotiating.
* Lead onboarding of clients from New Business.
* Project manage internal teams working on client portfolios.
* Maximise the value of existing client portfolios and grow client value.
* Effectively manage workload, priorities, and SMART goals to achieve OKRs.
* Identify and manage 'at risk' clients with proposals to save and develop relationships.
* Deliver against OKRs to meet company objectives.
* Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.
* Become a Hubspot champion (CRM) and ensure high data accuracy.
* Any other duties as required.

* ACEL (Average Commuter Emissions Level) reduction across your portfolio.

Person specification:
* Required:
* Significant experience in account management and sales development in a B2B environment.
* Proven track record of commercial success.
* Commercially focused with confidence in working to OKRs.
* Computer literate (confident with Office365 suite) and comfortable with technology.
* Alignment with our culture, values, and mission.
* Excellent spelling and grammar with the ability to present and communicate with clients.
* Strong verbal communicator and presenter, enthusiastic about representing Mobilityways.
* Excellent project, planning, and time management capabilities.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to “go the extra mile.”
* Confident with a focus on personal development.
* Flexible and willing to assist in other business areas when appropriate.
* Desirable:
* Experience in sustainability and environment.
* Experience selling enterprise SAAS.
* Understanding of or passion for behavioral change.
