We are seeking a Soft Services Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead.
Service lines include catering, cleaning, security and hard services (PPM)
Oversee all site services
Manage and be responsible for overall and efficient of the 14forty contract services to a high standard.
Responsible for recruitment, development and training for team members
Previous experience in Multi service lines Soft FM - direct management of Catering and Cleaning essential
Previous experience direct management of security and hard services (PPMs) ideal
Non-frontline SIA licence ideal
