Job Title: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Lymington Start Date: Monday, 24th February 2025 Duration: 3 weeks (with potential for extension) Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school on a temporary full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children with special educational needs, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans Supporting students with communication, sensory, and emotional needs Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment Helping with classroom preparation and resource development Requirements: ✔ Experience working with children with SEN (preferred) ✔ A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Join Us?
