Customer Service Advisor - Permanent
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work for an award-winning company in York on a full-time, permanent basis within this friendly and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
1. Issuing booking confirmations to the customer ensuring all details contained are correct & building relationships with customers.
2. Contacting customers and responding to email enquiries to ensure customers have all the information they require.
3. Supporting the administration of cancellations, discussing other available options with the customers in order to retain their custom where possible.
4. Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of customers as well as resolving overdue payments.
5. Contacting customers to follow-up and resolve overdue payments of balances or deposits.
6. Preparing & dispatching customer documentation.
The perfect Customer Service Advisor for this role will have a pleasant and empathetic manner with good listening & communication skills. You should be able to talk to customers and understand their needs, be patient, tolerant, and have a genuine and kind manner.

Job Type: Permanent, full time, 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in every 4 weekends with two days off in the week.
Salary: £24.3K
