Job Summary
We areseeking an instructional designer for This Company Business Schoolwith industry experience in the design and development of engaginginnovative performancebased instructorled learning training.Although courses at ABS are primarily instructorled the integrationof learning technology and digital content is critical. At the ABSdesign and development projects are usually teambased withinstructional designers partnering with subjectmatter experts(SMEs) technical writers and graphic artists in the design anddevelopment of the learning experiences. In these projects theinstructional designer is expected to perform three majorfunctions: project management instructional design and contentdevelopment.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage multiple instructional design and developmentprojects on a daily basis overseeing timelines schedules work scopeand deliverables.
* Utilize instructional designprinciples to create engaging and effective training courses forILT VILT and eLearning formats.
* Design anddevelop assessment tools for Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3evaluations.
* Create written training materialsand content for ILT VILT and eLearning platforms.
* Analyze existing course designs and instructionalmaterials making improvements as needed to enhanceeffectiveness.
Requirements:
* Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
* Hold aMasters degree in Instructional Design or a relatedfield.
* Possess over 10 years of experiencedesigning performancebased technical training programs forprofessionals.
* Skilled in managing L&Dprojects effectively.
* Capable of collaboratingclosely with subjectmatter experts (SMEs) throughout the designprocess managing their deliverables and influencing without directauthority.
* Ability to comprehend simplifyorganize and present complex information quickly.
* Experienced in developing learningassessments.
* Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills including strong writing and editingabilities.
