In this role, reporting to the Capability Lead, you will be instrumental in enhancing our employees' skills and capabilities, ensuring they are prepared to meet the changing demands of our business. This exciting position provides the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Media City and the Manchester Plant, promoting cross-functional engagement and continuous development. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Leading the Skills Matrix : Ensure all required skills are acquired and maintained in line with plant equipment, processes, and business needs. Developing Training Plans : Create and implement comprehensive training plans for new and existing employees, continuously assessing and addressing skills gaps. Coordinating Training Days : Organize and execute engaging and effective training days, ensuring content is relevant and valuable for participants. Collaborating with Development Teams : Work closely with the Employee Development Co-ordinator and Compliance Learning Co-ordinator to deliver high-quality training experiences. Managing Skill Cards : Develop and maintain accurate Skill Cards for all roles at the Wrexham Plant, ensuring they align with business requirements. Driving Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with other functions to ensure the progression of Skills Cards and contribute to the development of Kellogg Working Systems Centre of Excellence. Supporting Strategic Planning : Provide input to the overall Wrexham Plant annual training plan, supporting the Capability Lead in strategic initiatives. We’re Looking for Someone With Demonstrable experience in managing manufacturing skills matrices. Proven track record in building and executing effective Training Plans. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus.
