The Role
As the Legal Technology & Innovation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the firm’s evolution by:
* Strategic Leadership: Advising senior leadership on legal tech trends and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Innovation Management: Leading the Technology Innovation Group to identify, test, and implement emerging tools.
* Industry Insights: Monitoring competitors and recommending proactive, forward-looking solutions.
* Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all technology implementations meet regulatory, AI, and data security standards.
* Operational Improvement: Delivering solutions to streamline workflows, automate processes, and reduce costs.
* Adoption & Training: Championing new technologies through pilot programs, demos, workshops, and user training to drive adoption and impact.
About You
They're looking for a forward-thinking professional with:
* At least 5 years of experience in IT innovation within Legal IT solutions.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between legal and technical teams.
* Expertise in change management and software implementation.
