Regional Sales Manager –Established Cider Brand – London– Up to £45k + Bonus
My client is an established and much loved family owned CIDER brand which is starting to expand their leadership team. This brand is not only multi-award winning, but building their market share rapidly across both the On and Off trade.
The Regional Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for signing and securing new listings for the business. Regional Sales Manager will need to build on the brand reputation, ensure budgets and targets are secured whilst delivering on the sales strategies in place.
The ideal candidate will have a LOVE for Cider, a network of contacts across the midlands and enjoy working as part of a small (but growing) team!
Regional Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth by increasing sales volumes and securing new business within the ON & OFF trade sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
3. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company objectives.
4. Manage the commercial aspects of accounts, including pricing, contract negotiations, and profit margins.
