Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the internal corporate infrastructure, including (but not limited to):
o On-premises Microsoft Exchange
o ConnectWise Manage
o ConnectWise Screen Connect
o Cisco Unified Call Manager
o Sophos Central (Endpoint and Email Gateway)
* Administer physical and virtual server environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Virtual environment consists of vSphere and IP Pathways’ proprietary cloud platform.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support needs.
* Perform routine service monitoring to ensure system integrity and availability of key processes and components.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks.
* Participate in access control and privileged access management for corporate infrastructure, systems, and applications.
* Refine and manage standard endpoint imaging and related processes, balancing internal needs with best practice standards and security measures.
* Serve as the primary resource for corporate asset inventory tracking and life cycle management.
* Collaborate with the Tier 1 service desk to resolve complex issues escalated by end-users, customer support teams, and development teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in:
o Microsoft Windows Server Infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS/DHCP)
o Exchange/Office 365 administration
o Supporting end users and managing related devices, systems, and applications
* Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.
* Solid understanding of endpoint security best practices.
* Strong customer service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.
* Relevant certifications in technologies such as:
o VMware
o Microsoft
o NetApp
o Cisco
o Dell
* Experience with Cisco Unified Communications systems.
* Experience with Linux such as RedHat and Ubuntu.
