The Opportunity:
We’re looking for experienced ServiceNow HRSD Professionals who can do more than implement and configure – we need someone who’s ready to lead from the front. This is an exciting chance to join a start-up at the ground level, shaping how we deliver exceptional ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions while growing and managing a team of skilled professionals.
Your Role:
* Lead and execute the implementation, configuration, deployment, and integration of ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients.
* Define and ensure adherence to best practices for HRSD implementations.
* Collaborate with client stakeholders to design solutions that align with their HR transformation goals.
* Take ownership of delivery timelines and quality, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Build, mentor, and manage a team of implementation consultants and resources.
* Contribute to the growth and strategy of the business by identifying new opportunities and supporting business development initiatives.
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 successful ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Experience end-to-end implementations, including integrations.
* Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM (highly beneficial).
* Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM is a plus.
Skills & Certifications:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
* Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR).

* Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
