Former Tenant Arrears and Income Officer
Salary: £33,250 pa

Hours: Full time, 36 hours p/w
Location: Redhill - Hybrid working - expected office days 1-2 days per week
As a Former Tenant Arrears and Income Officer, you will support customers to repay their arrears and develop a payment culture to protect Raven’s income.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for collecting former rent, court costs, garage, and recharge arrears.
* Manage a portfolio of former and current arrears cases to ensure cases are consistently reducing by proactively contacting customers and complying with arrears processes and procedures.
* Support and assess vulnerabilities and provide a tailored service to suit our former customer’s needs and communication preferences.
* Handle difficult conversations with customers with understanding and empathy, building rapport based on trust and support.
What You’ll Bring to Raven:
* Rent account management experience, including case management.
* High levels of financial acumen, able to understand complex financial information.
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
* Experience of working in a rent/income environment with some knowledge of arrears management.
* A full, clean driving licence, as this role requires travel.
