A prestigious Top 100 law firm in Bristol is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Associate level) with 3-9 years' PQE to join its highly regarded team. The Role: You will handle a broad range of employment law and HR matters for employers, including:
Employment Tribunal cases – managing cases from inception to final hearing, including directions compliance, detailed discovery exercises, and witness statement preparation.
Advisory work – providing strategic advice on disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancies, and discrimination issues.
Contract and policy drafting – preparing contracts of employment, handbooks, policies, and advising on settlement agreements.
Employment-related data protection matters (advantageous but not essential).
The Candidate: We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor who:
Has strong Tribunal litigation experience and has run cases independently.
Is confident in advising clients on day-to-day employment law issues .
Has experience drafting employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
Can work autonomously while also being a strong team player.
