About CRIMPiT CRIMPiT was founded by Ian Critchlow and Mike Harper in late 2021. Launching our first product, a toastie maker for Thins which took off rapidly. Three years later and the CRIMPiT brand has gone from strength to strength, with four core products now available - the CRIMPiT Thin Bread Sealer, CRIMPiT Wrap and Mini CRIMPiT Wrap & CRIMPiT Toastie Maker. We are stocked in some of the UK’s biggest retailers such as Tesco & John Lewis and our products are now enjoyed in over 1 million UK homes. We’ve recently been named as Robert Dyas’ Product of the year 2023/24’ and they featured the CRIMPiT as one of five ‘kitchen gadgets you can’t live without’ on a segment on This Morning. CRIMPiT Team This is an incredibly exciting business and you would be joining our close-knit team, primarily based from our office in Warrington. We’re looking to grow our in-house content & marketing expertise to complement the existing team structure. We are a friendly, helpful and hard-working bunch, always supporting each other and making space to let people put forward their ideas and develop their skills. There’s a real chance to influence the direction of a growing business as we continue to scale. What you’ll be doing You will be responsible for creating 3-4 short videos per week. You’ll pitch ideas to the content team and then record and edit the video so they can be used across our social channels and for paid advertising. What we’re looking for Someone who is super creative and confident to come up with and try new ideas Demonstrable experience of content creation - ideally within food industry but not essential Loves everything video - the role is heavily weighted towards filming and editing Experience using Premiere Pro (preferred) or CapCut editing software Exceptional management of your own time ensuring you deliver to timescales set Strong understanding of different social media platforms and trends Ideally experience at a fast moving D2C ecommerce business Strong understanding of direct response advertising Hunger to learn and try new things Shopify experience is preferable but not essential Willingness to get involved in different areas - part of the fun of being in a small business is getting involved in all areas Proposed package Salary £25k/yr - £30k/yr - negotiable dependent on experience 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and flexible working hours Gym allowance Option of private medical insurance Pension plan Vibrant company culture
