About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but ambitious jewellery business known for its beautiful designs. As Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, develop brand guidelines, and create compelling content that resonates with their customers. You’ll also manage and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring their growth and success while delivering results for the brand. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a marketing strategy across digital, social media, email, and print channels. Manage content creation that highlights the brand's unique story and offerings. Plan and deliver local events, collaborations, and product launches. Analyse market trends and customer insights to drive effective marketing initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media and influencers. Provide leadership, guidance, and development opportunities for the marketing team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or retail. Strong creative and strategic skills with a hands-on approach. Experience in line management, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Experience working in or understanding the dynamics of a small business environment. A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering results. Please note - this role is five days a week in the office located in central London.
