Kardex is a global industry partner for intralogistics solutions and a leading supplier of automated storage solutions and material handling systems. We are now looking for a Field Service Technician in the Leeds area. The successful candidate will focus on installing, configuring, calibrating and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations. Responsibilities: Preventative and corrective maintenance of Kardex systems and solutions Complete jobs in a timely manner according to set quality standards Customer training (Operator, Health & Safety, Maintenance etc.) Generate leads Administrative management tasks (reporting, personal spare parts inventory, etc.) Provide remote diagnostics (via phone or remote connection) On-call service to customers PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics Basic software troubleshooting Understand, promote and advise on Kardex Remstar products and services Accountabilities : Adhere to local health and safety regulations Positively represent the Company with all external and internal stakeholders Contribute to the performance of the team by displaying a positive and enthusiastic attitude, showing support and involvement in all activities Ensure all customer feedback is recorded in a structured and professional manner to support our continuous improvement culture About you: Excellent communication skills Customer oriented Confident, strong assertive team player Good interpersonal skills Willingness to travel Service minded Familiar with diagnostic methods / Methodological skills Basic computer skills PLC troubleshooting Electrical & Electronic troubleshooting Basic software programming knowledge Logistics knowledge/ experience is a plus Ability to work at height Driving licence
