Our clients are well-established manufacturers who create bespoke solutions for their clients across the UK. They are recruiting for an Account Manager to be responsible for their franchises!
Account Manager (Franchise) Roles and Responsibilities:
* Liaise closely with franchisees, ensuring that they set and meet their own business plans goals.
* Assist with franchise queries, providing timely and accurate information sharing.
* Collaborate with the British Franchise Association, staying informed about industry updates, best practice, and participating in relevant events.
* Conduct regular assessment of franchise satisfaction and feedback, monitoring compliance.
* Implement initiatives to warm up target areas for new franchises, fostering engagement with key contacts and brand awareness.
The ideal Account Manager (Franchise) will:
* Have similar experience in a previous role or relevant qualifications (A-Level or higher) in business administration.
* Previous experience in franchise operations would be beneficial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented and strong organisational skills.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
* Friday: 08:00 – 16:00
* 1 Hour unpaid lunch break + 2x 15 minute paid breaks.
* 37.5 hrs a week.
