Front of House Assistant Your new company You will be working for a law firm located in central Bristol. Your new role You will act as a front-of-house assistant and representative for the firm, this requires both receptionist duties and junior secretarial responsibilities. Requirements are as follows: Must have prior receptionist, secretarial or front of house experience in a corporate or professional services setting. Reception duties such as greeting clients, directing them to meeting rooms or correct personnel. Handling and directing incoming phone calls, emails and meeting invites. Setting up and managing meeting rooms, including booking and prioritising according to availability. Ad hoc administration duties to assist the operations team. As a client facing role, you must conduct yourself with a high level of professionalism at all times. What you'll need to succeed Prior relevant experience as stated above. A professional and welcoming manner to appropriately communicate with the clients and senior personnel within the firm. Excellent organisational skills to manage a large quality of emails, visitors and meeting requests, internal and client. Previous client event experience is beneficial.
