Part-Time Accounts Supervisor Location: Skipton Contract Duration: 18 Months (Starting January 2025) Working Hours: Part-time, ideally 3 days per week with flexibility (9am-5pm or 9am-3pm) Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Pro rataOur Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Accounts Supervisor to join their team of three on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. This role is for an 18-month contract, starting in January 2025, and offers the opportunity to support a busy accounts team with a variety of essential duties. Part-Time Accounts Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Handle general accounts tasks, including Sales and Purchase Ledger. Manage VAT returns and credit control escalation. Provide support to the accounts team and assist in day-to-day financial operations. Payroll experience is advantageous, but not essential. Qualifications & Experience: Strong, confident experience with SAGE 200 and Microsoft Excel is essential. Previous experience working in an accounts office is required. Formal accounts qualifications are not essential, but a solid understanding of accounts procedures is necessary.
