Customer Service Advisor Our family run business who have been in operation for over 25 years, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a fast-paced environment whilst working with their already successful team. Job Role Liaise with clients on all new jobs and any current issues that may arise. Liaising with fitters to arrange site visits within company KPI’s To liaise directly with suppliers and fitters to organise the Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for flooring materials and ensuring correct pricing is used and applied. Coordinating deliveries from manufacturers to site Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems. Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, records, spreadsheets and databases.
