Description Business Development Manager – Tech Recruitment Market Leading Tech Recruitment Consultancy Up to £60k base £150k OTE (uncapped) Our client has been voted in the top 5 most profitable recruitment businesses in the country with offices in London, Surrey, Manchester, New York, Austin & Chicago. They work on a Business Development and Delivery model going against the grain of the traditional 360 route and it works They are looking to add to their Business Development function to join a team of highly motivated, leading BDM’s billing in excess of £1m a year. What the Business Development Manager will be doing: Identify and research prospects within AI & Machine Learning Engage prospects via phone, email and social media. Nurture prospects with regular communication and value add materials such as event invites to build trust and rapport. Work with your dedicated team of delivery consultants Work with clients in Europe & North America Land and expand accounts What the Business Development Manager should bring: 2 years in a 360-recruitment role or Business Development role within recruitment Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to success Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends Tech recruitment experience would be an advantage What the Business Development Manager will get in return: You will receive a basic salary of up to £60,000 £150k OTE (uncapped) with established BDM’s doing £200k, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities & much, much more What do next: Apply now and get in touch with Alex.
