This is a combined national & regional role reporting to the Group F&I Director via the National Sales Development Manager. Support for Regional Directors will be directed as considered appropriate. You'll manage F&I performance KPIS and develop & implement new F&I products and services. You'll work closely with the GM's to ensure sites complete monthly reviews based on sales process KPIS and support adhoc projects, group BPR reviews and compliance status reporting. You'll be responsible for the Group F&I budget and set compliance standards for F&I products and services.
The Sales Development team take collective responsibility for national F&I performance, enquiry & renewals management, ensuring operational adherence to the approved TrustFord sales process and policy. They collaborate with General Managers to ensure delivery of agreed sales and F&I actions, additionally contributing to profit, volume and customer experience. They provide the board and leadership with the confidence that the sales process is compliant to regulatory and group standards.

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4). Although this role is hybrid, it involves travel around the southern region including Channel Islands.
