Job Responsibilities:
* Manage all external/internal calls coming into the helpdesk and be the first point of contact for all our clients, engineers, and external/internal enquiries. Also, take overflow calls from reception.
* Manage the helpdesk inbox along with your personal inbox; respond accordingly to all emails received.
* Manage the job tracker (COINS) system, schedule labor, update notes for every action on jobs, close works down upon completion, and run reports while assisting other parts of the company with any COINS errors.
* Strategically organize, plan, and allocate all work daily, taking into consideration engineer journey times. Constantly update the engineer's diary.
* Book access to sites, obtain permits, book parking, and arrange accommodation for PPM visits. Send our insurance documents and generic RAMS to clients prior to works commencing.
