Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Tasks may include personal care, companionship, medication support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
Support with mobility and physical exercises.
Administer or assist with medication in accordance with care plans.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, shopping).
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Record and report changes in client’s condition to the supervisor.
Ensure client confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in care (preferred but not required).
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (advantageous).
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.

Working Conditions:
Work is carried out in clients' homes.
May involve weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
Must be comfortable working alone and managing time effectively.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required for travel).
Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Authorisation to work in the country.
