You will provide the highest possible standard of service to the Public and the Force by responding to all emergency and non-emergency calls including the provision of advice and assistance, signposting to appropriate information services, recording call information accurately on relevant systems and identifying the level of initial police action that is required. The Selection process is split into two parts - a competency based interview and a half-day selection centre.
