We recognise what an important role an HR Assistant can play, and we think there is more value that can be added, so we’re looking to introduce a second HR Assistant to the team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll work alongside our existing HR Assistant, and the wider team to provide a variety of administrative support activities across the People & Culture team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Learning & Development. We’d like you to help us review and make improvements to the way we do things but to below is an insight into some of the things we’d need you to do: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications. Support the onboarding process, reference requests. and manage the New Starters administration. Support the induction for all new joiners, including the set-up and communication of compulsory training, and managing the new starters administration. Manage the end-to-end bookings and coordination process for internal and external training events and update training records. Support the Learning and Development team with the set-up and coordination of workshops, courses and development programmes. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has experience in HR Administration and enjoys working as part of a team. Experience of working in a law practice isn’t essential, it’s more important that you are curious and confident in your approach with a good working knowledge of best practice and are focused on creating a truly people centric culture. Our core hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday however if you’d like to talk to us about a different working pattern we would welcome a conversation with you.
