THE POSITION
We are looking for a highly experienced Content Marketing Professional to join our growing global Sales & Marketing Operations Team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about leveraging digital marketing tactics to support business growth and awareness. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly analytical and able to adapt to the rapidly evolving B2B environment. This is an on-site position located in our Banbridge HQ Office, where you will collaborate with C-level management to deliver on key business initiatives while driving innovative solutions for current strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Elevate EOS’ reputation as a leading global IT provider by developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Implement paid search, advertising, email marketing and social media ads to drive traffic, leads and conversions.
* Collaborate with content marketing strategist and our existing global marketing team to ensure messaging consistency across all digital platforms.
* Implement and track lead generation strategies to support sales and business development teams in nurturing and converting leads.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance, using data and insights to adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
* Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on ad spend.
* Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, and messaging to refine current efforts and improve campaign results.
* Integrate SEO best practices across digital marketing efforts to boost search performance.
* Manage and grow EOS’ presence on all platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others that align with a competitive approach.
* Introduce and leverage tools and platforms that align with current digital marketing trends.
* The synergy: This role will amplify the foundational content that the open Content Marketing Specialist role will create.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
* Proven experience in B2B digital marketing landscape, with a track record of running successful campaigns that have driven measurable results.
* Strong understanding of all digital platforms and hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
* Ability to implement SEO best practices to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
* Creative thinker who can develop and test new tactics that engage target audiences and drive action.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure overall business objective support.
* Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills; model time management and organizational abilities.
* Results-oriented mindset that is ready to build a digital marketing strategy from the ground up.
* Proficient in tools such as Google Ads/Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, Tableau, and other automation/conversion optimization tools.
* A minimum 3rd level qualification in marketing and 4+ years experience.
