Responsible To: Sales Office Manager
Working as a team member where service and quality are key to success
Main Duties
Ensure full and timely progression of customer quotations
Assist sales team with technical clarifications/appraisals
Co-ordinate orders
Maintain and develop good customer and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with quality management system
Ensure that all sales transactions are dealt with efficiently and professionally
Make sure that all records and files are accurately maintained
To undertake other tasks as and when required
Personal Specifications:-
Must be organised, self-motivated and have customer-centric attitude
Knowledge of electrical bulk material or experience working in a similar technical role
Supply chain experience with a background in Oil and Gas would be advantageous
Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers
Computer literate, especially in Excel
Ability to work under pressure in a calm and professional manner
