In this key role, you'll drive user growth and optimize campaign performance to keep ahead in a competitive market. Key responsibilities: Develop strategies for paid and organic app marketing. Grow the mobile app user base in line with company goals. Set up and manage global marketing campaigns across platforms. Oversee app store management and ASO strategy. Optimize campaign performance to exceed targets. Collaborate with the product team on app releases and development. Identify and negotiate with new partners for growth opportunities. Mentor junior team members. Required expertise: 6 years of app marketing experience with a focus on strategy and execution. Strong communication and project management skills. Expertise in Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and mobile ad networks. Proven success in ASO and managing performance campaigns. Familiarity with app tracking solutions like Appsflyer and Firebase (GA4).
