CLASS 2 HOME DELIVERY DRIVER MONDAY - FRIDAY (OCCASSIONAL SATURDAYS) AM STARTS £15.50 PER HOUR People Solutions are recruiting Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Trafford Park. You will be working as part of a two-person team delivering furniture to customer's homes. Must be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting. This role will become permanent for the right candidate. Benefits Site parking Weekly pay Ongoing work Excellent hourly rates Opportunity to go permanent Day to Day Duties Drive Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently Complete up to twenty home deliveries per shift Work as part of a two-person team Handball stock into customer's property Provide excellent customer service Multi-drop deliveries Ensure vehicle is well presented Comply with driving rules and regulations Be prepared for various shift lengths Essential Skills Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence and have held this for a minimum of six months Hold a valid UK CPC Card Hold a valid UK Digital Tachograph Card Have at least six months experience driving Category C vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements No major endorsement codes Positive 'Can Do' attitude Good communication skills Excellent customer service skills You must undergo a drug and alcohol test for this role Must be reasonably physically fit as this is a physical role that involves lifting and carrying Desirable Experience Experience making home deliveries as part of a two-person team is desirable Training Drivers will be required to pass a written and practical driving assessment Following successful assessment, you will receive training Apply Apply today by clicking below
