Accounts Administrator – 12-Month FTC

Eaton Syalon is recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join the Purchase Ledger team of one of the Midlands’ top employers—a FTSE 250-listed business with an outstanding record of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work with OCR & AI software to ensure invoices and credit notes are processed efficiently
* Handle invoice exceptions, ensuring correct VAT application and compliance
* Manage and resolve supplier queries, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sites
* Assist with supplier payment run checks
* Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis
* Provide ad hoc support to the wider accounts payable team
Who we're looking for:
* Strong IT skills – proficiency in MS Excel, and an interest in AI-driven finance software is a plus
* Office-based experience – whether in administration, customer service, or accounts, previous experience in a professional setting is essential
