HR Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Job Type: Part-time, flexible working available
Latham & Bond HR are working with a values-led organisation based in Birmingham to appoint a newly created HR Manager role. With plans to scale from 50 to 120 employees by 2028, the business is looking for a strategic and people-first HR professional to take full ownership of the function and shape a culture where people thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement HR strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
* Own the development and ongoing review of all HR policies and procedures
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR matters, providing expert guidance and insight
* Lead on all performance and absence management processes
* Champion employee engagement and a people-first culture
* Serve as the first point of contact for all employee relations issues
* Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
* Deliver strategic projects including accreditations such as Investors in People, ISO9001 and B-Corp
Skills and Attributes:
1. CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified (or equivalent experience)
